terms of service

CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

Payment is required upfront via VGen/ Ko-Fi/ PayPal.
Price may increase depending on complexity.
Estimated TAT is 1 week to 1 month (progress updates will be provided).
Product will be delivered digitally only after full payment.
Seller is not responsible for loss of product after delivery.
Customer must provide references, pose, expression, and important details.
Customer has the right to 3 revisions during the sketch phase.
Minor edits after completion (e.g. eye color change) are allowed.
Major changes after will cost extra.
Customer must respond in a timely manner (commission may be put on hold after 48h of no response).
No refunds unless there is no progress for 1 month without notice or Seller is unable to complete the commission.
Commissions are for personal use only (no commercial use).
Credit is required when posting.
Seller may post the artwork unless stated otherwise.
Seller reserves the right to cancel and refund any order.
Product may not be used for AI, NFTs, blockchain, or similar technologies.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 27/03/2026This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTSCustomer agrees to pay the full amount upfront.
Payments are accepted via VGen, Ko-Fi or PayPal.
Price may increase depending on complexity, details, or additional requests.
Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller.
Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)
6. Estimated turnaround time is 1 week to 1 month depending on complexity.
7. Seller will provide progress updates (sketch → base color → render) and notify Customer of any delays.PRODUCT DELIVERY
8. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally after payment has been received by the Seller.
9. It is the responsibility of Customer to provide a valid delivery method and store the files properly. Seller is not responsible for lost files after delivery.REQUESTS & REVISIONS
10. Customer agrees to provide references, pose, expression, and important details before work begins.
11. Customer has the right to 3 revisions during the sketch and base color stages.
12. Minor edits after completion may be accepted at Seller’s discretion.
13. Any significant changes after revision stages (especially after rendering) will cost extra depending on the changes.COMMUNICATION & PROCESS
14. Artist and Customer must have mutual agreement on commission details and payment before work starts.
15. Customer is expected to respond to updates in a timely manner.
16. If Customer does not respond or complete payment within 48 hours, the commission will be put on hold.REFUND POLICY
17. Customer will receive a 100% refund if Seller is unable to complete the commission or does not update progress for 1 month or more.
18. No refunds otherwise.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
19. Commissions are for personal use only. Any commercial use must be agreed upon separately.
20. Customer agrees not to resell, trace, copy, or claim the Product as their own.
21. Posting and sharing the Product is allowed with proper credit to the Seller.
22. Seller has the right to publish the commissions on social media or in a portfolio unless the Customer has requested otherwise beforehand.USAGE RESTRICTIONS
23. Customer does not hold the right to use the Product for AI training, datasets, NFTs, blockchain-related technology, or similar purposes.CANCELLATIONS
24. Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission if it causes discomfort or if the Customer is being rude.
25. In such cases, Customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.
